I would prefer to collect my order rather than have it delivered. Is this possible?
Yes it is but this must be arranged prior to placing your order to avoid any unwanted transport costs. Please call us on (01562) 751714 before placing your order, if you wish to collect.
How do I return an item?

When will my order arrive?
Once you have placed your order, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date. For larger and palletised items, we will arrange a specific, suitable delivery date with you before dispatch.    
Are the advertised product delivery times accurate?
Product delivery times (shown next to each item) are based on the time it usually takes to deliver that particular product. Due to the amount of suppliers/products on offer, we are unable to supply a 'real time' stock checker. When your order is placed, we will contact the supplier to ensure that stock is available. If the lead time differs to that shown on the website, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity and ask if you would like to continue with the order, chose an alternative product ,or cancel with a full refund. I do not live in the UK. Can I purchase goods on your website?
