Although we pride ourselves on the quality of the equipment we sell we appreciate that faulty products can sometimes slip through the net. If you have a faulty or damaged item please use this form to provide us with the information we need to deal with your request.

Please note - Damaged items must be notified to us within 24 hours of delivery and any items found to be damaged after installation will not be refunded. Please check your items thoroughly before fitting.
