PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE
We Guarantee to match the price of competitors quotations based on the following Terms & Conditions
 
 
The Product Advertised On The Competitors Website Must Be Exactly The Same - Brand, Model, Product Code & Colour
The Product Advertised On The Competitors Website Must Be Brand New & A Current Part Of The Manufacturers Product Selection (i.e. Not Discontinued)
The Competitor Website Must Be An Approved Dealer For The Product, Located In The UK And They Must Have The Item in Stock And Available For Delivery
The Product Must Be In Stock At New Wave Bathrooms
The Recommended Retail Price Of The Item Advertised On The Competitors Website Must Be Current & Correct In Accordance With The Manufacturers RRP.
Proof Of Pricing Must Be Confirmed By The Customer By Way Of A Link To The Competitors Web Page Or The Competitors Letter Headed Quotation
Price Match Guarantee Applies Only To The Product And Does Not Apply To Delivery Or Any Other Service Offered
Price Match Guarantee Can Not Be Applied After The Point Of Purchase (i.e. After The Point Of Payment)
We Will Not Price Match From Websites With Clearance, Warehouse Outlet or Online Auction Products.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING
 
Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, we will aim to deliver your goods as quickly as we can. Mainland UK deliveries usually take between 5-14 working days and deliveries to other areas may take longer. Oversized, Special items or Made to order equipment may take longer and delivery dates for these items can be estimated on request. If, after your order is placed we are notified by the supplier/manufacturer that the order will be on an extended lead time, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity. Delivery personnel are not obliged to take any goods in to your property and will not take equipment upstairs but will be as helpful as they can. It is important that you do not book your installer before you have received your goods and after checking, are happy with them. New Wave Bathrooms Ltd can not be liable for any loses caused as a result of delayed deliveries.
 
CHECKING YOUR ORDER
 
Once your order has been delivered, please check all of your goods and advise us of any problems with colour, size, quantity etc. Within 7 days.
 
DAMAGED/FAULTY GOODS
 
 Please let us know of any damaged/faulty item(s) within 48 hours of delivery. Any claims made outside of this period may be rejected. We may ask that you provide photographic evidence of the problem to help us rectify the issue as quickly as possible. Once the fault has been reported, we will send you a Damaged/Faulty Goods form for you to fill out and send back to us with the item(s). When the item has been returned to us,we will inspect the product to confirm the fault described on your form and send out a replacement item ASAP. We will also refund the cost of returning the faulty product*
If on our inspection of the item we find no evidence of the described fault, then your item will be returned to you and you will be liable for the transport costs involved, so please make sure that there is a definite fault with the product before returning the item.
 
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
 
If you wish to cancel you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order and we will send to you a Returns and Cancelations Form that must be returned with your item(s) to ensure that a refund is processed. New Wave Bathrooms Ltd are under no legal obligation to accept cancelations or returns outside of this 7 day period.  Items that are ordered in error or are no longer required will be subject to a restocking charge (of which the amount will be dependent on the manufacturer/supplier of the product – This information is available prior to purchase on request). These items should be returned to us in their original saleable condition (including any packaging/boxing) as highlighted in the Distance Selling Directive.
PLEASE NOTE: We Strongly advise that you read the product information label on Baths, Shower Doors, Side Panels and Enclosures to confirm colour, size, specification etc. BEFORE opening any packaging. Certain manufacturers will deem products where boxes have been opened as 'used' therefore making the goods ineligible for return.  If your return is the sort of item that can be sent by parcel post, please provide outer packaging for the product ensuring that you do not label/mark the original box. It is your responsibility to ensure that goods are returned to us in their original saleable condition. New Wave Bathrooms Ltd reserve the right to deduct any amount from the full refund by way of compensation for loss or to repair damaged goods.
Any goods that have been installed or used can not be returned. Ex-Display & Clearance items are sold as seen and can not be returned. 
Special Items, Furniture or Made To Order Items can not be canceled or returned. If your item falls in to any of these categories, you will be notified before we process your order.

1.                  The Use Of www.newwavebathrooms.co.uk
            By using newwavebathrooms.co.uk site you are accepting these terms and conditions.
 
2.                  Pricing, Product Description, Images & Product Data                                                                        
Although every effort will be made to ensure that all Product pricing, description and data is correctly displayed on our website, if an error is found we reserve the right to contact you after your order has been placed to notify you of any necessary amendments. If it is in fact the pricing that is incorrect we will either ask you to pay the difference (if the actual amount is greater) or offer a refund (if the actual amount less). Any order can be canceled by New Wave Bathrooms Ltd until the point that it leaves our premises. We attempt to display product images that show the item as it looks once installed but due to the vast range of options some images, may vary in colour, specification or finish to the actual product. Actual images for most products are available on request.
 
3.                  Title
All goods shall remain the property of New Wave Bathrooms Ltd until paid for in full with funds passing/clearing in to our account and delivery has been made.
 
4.                  Ordering
We reserve the right to cancel any order until the point that the goods leave our premises for delivery. We take security very seriously and reserve the right to temporarily postpone or cancel any order where fraud is suspected.
 
5.                  Delivery and Shipping
We can not be held liable for delays to your delivery caused by issues that are outside of our control. Delivery lead time estimates can be obtained on request for specific products but New Wave Bathrooms Ltd will not be held liable for any deliveries that over run their estimated date. This applies up to 28 days after the planned shipping date where a full refund will be offered against delivery costs. If your order is likely to be delayed for this amount of time, you will be contacted and either offered an alternative product or a full refund and the order will be canceled. Delivery is made to the front entrance of the property only. It is important that you do not book your installer before you have received your goods and after checking, are happy with them. New Wave Bathrooms Ltd can not be liable for any loses caused as a result of delayed deliveries. Unless Specified - Deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
 
6.                  The Right To Cancel.
You have the right to cancel your purchase by way of e-mail or letter received by us within 7 working days of your order being delivered to you. A telephone call, text or any other means of contact is not a valid way of cancelling. No cancelation can be made prior to an item being installed or used or if the goods carry hygiene issues.
 
7.                  Returns
All items for return to us must be accompanied by a fully completed Official New Wave Bathrooms Returns and Cancelations form (available on request) to ensure that a refund/replacement product can be issued. The product must be returned in its original resalable condition including Original Packaging, Any relating paperwork (i.e. guaranties and warranties) and anything else that was included as a part of that product. Goods that have been delivered with an outer protective wrapping (i.e. shrink wrap/ packing foam) should be sent back to us in the same way. Failure to complete any of the fore mentioned points will make the product ineligible for refund. You are responsible for the arrangement and the delivery costs involved of returning items to us. We advise that all returns sent back to us are recorded and registered in order for you to track its progress to us. We are not liable and will not pay any refunds for any items Lost, Damaged or Stolen whilst being returned to us.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Eligible returns will be refunded within 30 days of the product being returned to us. If the product is returned to us due to a order error by us or if the product has a genuine fault or damage that has been reported to us within 48 hours of receiving delivery we will refund the cost of any standard or recorded postage that applies when returning that item. We will not cover costs for Special, Express, Overnight or Courier type deliveries that you may wish to use.
 
8.                  Customer Complaints and Queries
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance and we aim to respond to any complaint or query in writing (by e-mail) within 5 working days.
 
9.                  Charges
New Wave Bathrooms Ltd is VAT Registered at present.
            Customs and tax charges may be applicable for shipping to countries out with the European Union (EU). New Wave Bathrooms endeavor to put the correct Customs Clarifications / Commodity Codes on parcels. However, we cannot be held responsible for import duties and charges.
            EU Member States (as at May 2007) include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech   Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy,       Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia,    Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.
 
10.              Intellectual Property and Copyright
All Products distributed by the Supplier will remain the Supplier's intellectual property. Any Design produced by a Supplier carries a copyright and cannot be reproduced without written consent. The Customer will not hold New Wave Bathrooms Ltd responsible for any infringement of copyright relating to copy contained within a Product. It is the Supplier's responsibility to ensure that any Product Design is lawful, does not infringe any Copyright or any other laws.
 
11.              Alterations To Terms And Conditions                                                                                           New Wave Bathrooms reserves the right to alter these Terms of Business at any time and will replace the Terms of Business on our web site when we do so.
 
12.              Law                                                                                                                                                 These conditions and all other express terms of contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
 
These Terms & Conditions Do Not Affect Your Statutory Rights
